    Description

    Very good condition original WWII Japanese Type 30 Arisaka bayonet that has National Denki manufacturer markings on the right ricasso. Blade has original blue metal finish showing some normal wear and has been sharpened. Remaining metal finish is original blue showing some wear to brown and gray. Wood grips have original finish and a good tight fit with some normal handling marks. Lock button functions fine. Bayonet was reissued to the South Korean army during the Korean War, along with T-99 rifles converted to .30-06. Fitted in correct original scabbard that was modified with the addition of a GI style web extension that has belt hook and handle straps with working snap. Scabbard has original green paint showing some normal wear and flaking, no dents. An interesting T-30 bayonet for your collection.
