Condition:
The last ditch bayonet is in good
condition.
Bayonet release catch works.
It has a wood handle that has some light nicks. Pommel is square and has some light rust. Crosspiece is straight and
blade is crudely made. it is in fair shape and the kanji marking is clear.
Serial number on the back of the pommel is not so clear.
It is the 3rd style kanji. Blade is lightly scratched and scuffed with some signs of
sharpening
. There is no rust or nicks. The tip is in tact and looks pointed. Scabbard is made of wood and in good condition with most of the finish present. There are no major scratches or broken pieces. It does have a couple small cracks on the blade side. You may want to give them a light cleaning to meet your standards.
