The last ditch bayonet is in good
condition.
Bayonet release catch works.
It has a wood handle that has some light nicks. Pommel is square and has some light rust. Crosspiece is straight and
blade is crudely made. It is in fair shape and the kanji marking is clear. Serial number on the back of the pommel is not so clear. Blade is lightly scratched and scuffed with some signs of
sharpening
. There is no rust or nicks. The tip is in tact and looks pointed. Scabbard is made of metal and in good condition with some of the finish missing. There are no major scratches or broken pieces. You may want to give them a light cleaning to meet your standards.
