trilobite is very good quality.
It has a superbly detailed right eye facet along with intact axis and pleural lobes.
The left eye area is a little rough, not perfect.
It's a pleasure to hold and examine this fossil from all angles.
Most Moroccan trilobites normally have seen at least some repair & restoration.
This specimen doesn't seem to have needed much prepping to look good!
This specimen is relatively durable and safe to hold and examine.
This is a good opportunity to get an identified trilobite in very good condition for an reasonable price.
This entire specimen measures approximately 2-5/8" long.
Specimen weight is approximately 83.5 grams.
Actual trilobite is about 1-5/8" (diameter) but it would be approximately 3" or a bit longer if stretched out.
