All of these oversize paperback guide books are in good to very good shape. They are lightly used and have little wear. There is only two books with a blemishes, one is the
Fireplace
book which has some light coffee staining on the outside middle edge (it goes in at some areas maybe 1/4" into the text and 1/2" across, it isn't on all pages, just a few here and there.) The other book has a mark across the middle outside edge of the
Patio
book (i
t is a red mark about 1/8" line across the whole outside length)
and there is a pricing label on the front cover at the very upper outside corner area that is marked out, in black. All the other books are free of any blemish. They are all clean, solid and tight. This 10-pack set is a great deal!
