2-at the top of the first item is a box on the right that says 'request total'
3-click 'request total' and it saves the items as if you paid and it sends me a message to adjust shipping.
4-now i see what you ordered and I will package your items together
5-I will send you a message with the adjusted new total cost.
6-when you receive my message with the adjusted cost, it is at this point the message will prompt you to pay.
7-when I receive your payment, I will ship out your items.
