This pen looks brand new, probably only very gently used. It's in exceptional condition with
no dents, dings, chips, cracks, or damage.  The ink in the pen has dried out and the pen will need an ink refill.
The refill tube is empty and does not come with any refills.  Selling untested.
The presentation case is in excellent condition.  The outer cardboard box has some storage wear.
