    The bayonet is in good shape. The catch is functional. The handles are wood, grip panels are solid and show no cracks or splits. Overall condition of the bayonet is in good surplus condition, will show wear of various kinds of scratches and scuffs but will be in good operable condition. The blade looks like it was sharpened at some point long go, it isnt too sharp anymore and I had to look pretty close to tell it was sharpened.
