Wikipedia "Chatelaine is a decorative belt hook or clasp worn at the waist with a series of chains suspended from it. Each chain is mounted with useful household appendages such as scissors, thimbles, watches, keys, vinaigrette, and household seals. Also used as a woman's keychain 19th century to show the status of women in a household. The woman with the keys to all the many desks, drawers, cabinets was "the woman of the household", [as a matter of prestige].

All I did here was collect this awesome Antique Vintage lot , Assemble
1.1905s Repoussé Brass Large Belt Clip w/ Safety Pin of Gibson Girl unmarked Brass w/ silver wash. 2" x 2 1/4" raised 3/8". In original chatelain condition. (separately at .90),
2. 1930s Brass small purse or Doll Hand Mirror with Photo of Geisha Girl on front. Fair condition. 3 1/4" x 1 1/2" (separately at .90),
3. 1930's Chatelain Perfume bottle. Sphere shaped glass w/ brass leaves, jewel top & plastic prong diffuser inside. With original chain. (individually .00) Measures 1 1/2" x 1" x 1".
4. 1930s Mother of Pear Hand painted Sail Boat "Remember me"" Some rust. Very small. Measures 2" x 1 3/4" closed. .90
