Barry Manilow Vintage Ladies T Shirt Songbook 90's Coud It Be Magic? Musical

This listing is for a fun piece of vintage Barry Manilow memorabilia.  It is a collectible cap sleeved, raglan T-shirt from the "Could It Be Magic?" Barry Manilow musical of his catalog of music.
The tag says "XL", but it is not. It looks like an adult small to me. The measurements are as follows:
front to hem - 19"
back to hem - 22"
pit to pit - 15"
I believe it is from the 1990's and is in excellent condition.  I think the style of the picture and writing on the back are meant to be a "distressed" look.
