Antique gold filled Red & Clear Stone and Pearl Lavalier Drop Pendant, 16 inches

Antique gold-tone lavalier drop pendant with a swirl design with clear and dark maroon colored stones which could be crystals, rhinestones, paste or glass - I am not sure. Dangling at the bottom is a freshwater pearl. The metal has a beaded edge design. Pendant part is 1.25" long to the bottom of the pearl and almost 1 1/8" wide. No marks, not sure gold filled or some base metal. It is on a fine chain that is 16" long that is stamped 1/20 12k gf BAB. In good shape, some black and green verdigris discoloration on the metal, some dirt, stones some light wear in spots, the red stones are a deep dark maroon color, clear crystals only slightly discolored, just not sure the metal content but you can see the discoloration in the pictures.
