WAS PURCHASED IN THE 90'S.  IT WAS "USED" BY A TRAVELING BUSINESSMAN AND DOES SHOW WEAR, SOME MINOR SCRATCHES, RUBS ON THE RESIN.  THE ROLLERBALL CARTRIDGE IS "DRY", BUT INCLUDED FOR REPLACEMENT PURPOSES.  IT DOES NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL BOX OR THE RETAIL PAPERWORK WHERE PURCHASED; HOWEVER, THE SERIAL NUMBER ABOVE THE CLIP -RING IS

Shipping will generally take place within 48 hours of cleared Paypal payment. If the post office is closed for the weekend or because of a National Holiday, it will take place on the next business day. Shipping is a first class parcel, unless the item is larger. Then it may be a priority flat rate container or pouch as described in the listing and all will include a delivery confirmation slip. Combined shipping isn't always possible because of the volume of the items being shipped. I will try to combine to save $$, but not if it may cause damage to contents.
